How do I attend a class at PWRHOUSE?

What type of package can I buy?
PWRHOUSE is a fitness class-based boutique studio. If you are scared of commitment, you can opt for the PWR ON package – no strings attached; or if you are new to PWRHOUSE, we highly recommend you to purchase the PWR STARTER package which gives you 3 credits to try out our classes. But, if you are a work out junkie, there are larger packages to choose from – the larger the credit package, the cheaper each class credit costs. To see our full class pricing, click here.
THE STUDIO
Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?
We sell bottled water at the studio for RM2. However, we recommend you to bring your own water bottle. Feel free to fill up your bottle at our water station in the studio. Do your part and save the Earth. If you happen to forget to bring your own water bottle, we sell PWRHOUSE bottles too!
TAKING CLASSES
My friends and I want to take our first class together. Do we need to create our own accounts to sign up?
Yes, each new rider must create an account and fill out a Waiver Form (available online and in studios) before their first class. You are able to book up to five spots in a single PWRHOUSE class per account. Please note that classes are not transferable to other rider accounts. Minor Waivers: Riders between the ages of 12 and 17 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver in studio.
Can I record my class?
We know you love our classes at PWRHOUSE and that you want to show the world but please note that no phones or recording devices are allowed in any PWRHOUSE classes. It’s only 45 minutes, you will want to maximise your time with us!
Is there a beginner class?
No, however our PWR RIDE & PWR STRENGTH classes are catered to everyone of all fitness levels and our Coaches will guide you throughout your workout. Train at your own pace but always bring your power!
What if I can’t do everything in the class? I have not worked out in a while.
All of our classes can be adapted to all fitness levels. Our Coaches will assist you and give modifications throughout each class so you can tailor the workout to your ability. Go at your own pace and have fun, we got your back!
Can I take a class if I’m coming back from an injury?
Yes. Make sure to clear it first with your doctor and let our Coaches know before class.
Can I take a class if I’m pregnant?
Yes. We recommend you check with your doctor beforehand and inform your Coach as well.
BUYING CLASSES
What type of package can I buy?
PWRHOUSE is a fitness class-based boutique studio. If you’re scared of commitment, you can buy one session at a time. No strings attached. But, if you’re working out regularly, keep in mind that the larger the package, the cheaper each credit costs. Can I share a package with my friends?
Absolutely, let’s make it a party! 20 credit packages and above are shareable between five accounts. Each account enables you to up to a maximum five spots in a single PWRHOUSE class. Please note that credits are not transferable to another account.
Do you offer gift certificates/gift cards?
Yes. They never expire and the person you are giving them to can use his or her gift cards to buy classes or any kind of merchandise. Please note that once a package is purchased using a gift card, it will expire just like any other credits purchased. If you would like to buy a gift card, please click HERE.
Can I refund a package and get cash back?
No. When you buy a package, you are only entitled to use that package to book a bike or mat. You cannot redeem your class for cash.
Can I redeem a class for merchandise?
No. When you buy a package, you are only entitled to use that package to book a bike or a mat. You are not allowed to redeem your class for any merchandise.
Do you offer corporate events or private sessions for groups?
Yes, bring the whole squad down and turn it up at PWRHOUSE! We offer private venue hire too. For any corporate studio hiring or general enquiries, kindly contact: hello@pwrhouse.fit Or come visit our studio for more information.
When does my package expire?
All packages have an expiry date which can be viewed just before purchasing. You can also check the details in your account section once your package is purchased. You can then repurchase the same or new package here.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes. It is important that we know who is joining our PWRHOUSE family and to have your contact information so that we can celebrate milestones and achievements with you! Don’t be shy, we won’t bite.
What should I expect?
Expect a sweaty, yet fun and challenging experience that will get you powered up!
How old do I have to be to take a class?
Our classes are catered to all fitness levels, ages, sizes and gender. However, any customer below the age of 17 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver in studio.
Where is PWRHOUSE located?
PWRHOUSE is located at No. 1, 1st Floor Matahari Building, Jalan 48/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas 50480 KL. Look out for our PWR logo!
Do I require a membership?
At PWRHOUSE, we are a “pay as you go” system. Once you have registered an account with us, you are forever a member. However, you will need to renew your credits once you finish them, should you want to continue working out with us.

What type of classes do you offer?
We’ve got 2 concepts for you to choose from – Ride and Strength. Whatever you choose, each session is guaranteed to be 45 minutes of sweat, fun and tons of POWER accompanied by sick beats and amazing coaches.
My friend(s) and I want to take our first class together, what should we do?
Our PWR STARTER package should do the trick. This is a non-shareable package but with 3 credits per individual, you can try out the PWR experience and see if we are the studio for you. If you’d like to go as a bigger group, you can view our packages here which can be shared. You are able to book up to five spots in a single PWRHOUSE class per account. Please note that classes are not transferable to other rider accounts.
What are the studio rules?
(i) All customers must sign a waiver prior to their first class at PWRHOUSE.
(ii) We reserve the right to release any bikes or mats that are not signed in 1 minute before the class begins. Doors will be shut on the dot – customers who come in the studio after doors are closed will be strictly denied entry.
(iii) In order to cancel a class reservation and return the credit to your account, you must unreserve the spot 12 hours prior to the class. If a customer does not cancel their spot within this timeframe, they will be charged for it. Customers can cancel by logging into their account online or call in to the studio directly.
(iv) Keep your friends close and your belongings closer. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at our studio.
It’s my first class at PWRHOUSE, what can I expect?
When you arrive at the studio, check in with our front desk. The team will assist with signing you in, give you a tour of the studio, including all of our Instagram spots. Welcome to your second home!
Buying Credits / Gift Cards

Yes you can. The credits are both accessible to any PWR Ride or Strength classes.
Do credits have an expiry date?
Yes, the expiry date of each package is stated under your account information.
How do I pay for credits?
You can pay online with credit/debit card or at our studio via credit/debit card or Maybank QRPay.
How does the Gift Card work?
You can choose to purchase a gift card with credit/debit card on our website or at our studio via credit/debit card or Maybank QRPay. Select your desired package, note down the email address to whom you would like the e-gift card to be sent to, and it will be sent directly to them.
Booking Classes
When can I sign up for classes? When does the schedule become available?
Schedule goes live every Sunday at 1PM for up to a week in advance. Set your reminder!
How do I book a class?
Make sure you have a registered account and credit(s) to be able to book a spot in any PWR Ride or Strength classes on the Schedule here.
Can I pick my own spot?
Yes you can as long as there are still spots left to choose from!
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you can’t make it to class, please cancel your spot at least 12 hrs in advance. Any class cancelled before the cancellation window will be automatically refunded to your account. We have a strict no-refund policy.If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to your class, your credit will be forfeited.
Can I cancel a class after I’ve booked it?
Yes. Please make sure to cancel your spot 12 hours prior to your class to receive your class credit back, otherwise you will be charged for the class.
What about cancelling my waitlist spot?
If you’re still on the waitlist, you can cancel your spot anytime.
What if the class is full?
You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class online. We’ll allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need a credit in your account to secure your spot.
The earlier you join, the better your chances of getting a spot. You will be charged when joining the waitlist, but your credit(s) will be returned if you do not get into the class.
Can I book a class before a class?
Yes you can based on availability. If a customer doesn’t show up for the class you want to attend, we will be more than happy to release that spot to you.
How many spots can I book per class?
PWR10 Packages and below will allow you to book only one single spot in a STRENGTH or RIDE class per account. PWR20 Packages and above will allow you to book a maximum of five spots in a single STRENGTH or RIDE class per account. PWR50 Packages and above is shareable between 2 accounts and each account will allow you to book a maximum of five spots in a single STRENGTH or RIDE class per account. Please note that classes are not transferable to other rider accounts.
How far in advance can I book a class?
Our schedule will be released 2 weeks in advance.
What To Bring / What To Wear
What should I wear?
All you need is your workout gear. We’ve got everything else covered!
For our PWR Ride classes, we provide cleated spin shoes for you to use free of charge, but if you prefer to use your own cleated shoes, feel free to bring them with you. Please note that our bikes are only compatible with LOOK Keo Cleats.
For our PWR Strength classes, we provide all the necessary weight equipment for you to use during the workout.
Staying hydrated when you work out is vital, so make sure to bring a water bottle. If you don’t have a bottle with you, we have PWR water bottles or mineral water available for purchase at check-in.
What should I bring?
Your POWER, your passion, your commitment. Every. Single. Time.
We’ve done all the heavy lifting and prepared all the equipment you’ll need for class. Just come in appropriate sportswear, shoes and never forget your power. Due to current SOP’s, we advise all customers to bring their own :
– Towels (for PWR Ride classes)
– Towels, workout shoes and mats (for PWR Strength classes.)
Do you sell water?
Yes, we do. We also have a water station to refill your bottles if you bring your own water bottle.
Do I need to bring cycling shoes?
You’re welcome to bring your own cycling shoes, but we also provide them for free at the studio. If you bring your own, we recommend LOOK Keo Cleats.
Checking In
How early should I arrive?
If you are new to PWRHOUSE, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class to get acquainted with our beautiful studio, take some selfies, meet new friends and set up. Please note that if you have not signed in a minute before the class starts, your spot may be released.
How do I check in?
Come by to our front desk, and let us know your name and what class you have booked in so we can get you all set up!
What happens if I’m late?
We reserve the right to release any bikes or mats that are not signed in 1 minute before the class begins. Doors will be shut on the dot – customers who come in the studio after doors are closed will be strictly denied entry. We have the option to join the next class upon availability.
Am I allowed to enter the class if I’m late?
Due to health and safety reasons, we will not allow latecomers. Please speak to our desk for more information.

Don’t be afraid of the word FULL or WAITLISTED for the class you intend to go for. You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class online. We’ll allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need a credit in your account to secure your spot on the waitlist.

Facilities
Where do I park?
You can park at any of the available parking spots around Matahari building itself. Take your pick.

Absolutely, and a lot of them! Our lockers come with built-in, easy-to-use locks.
Do you have showers?
Our changing rooms are complete with showers, towels as well as toiletries and hair dryers. Trust me, you will want to take two showers.

You can park at any of the available parking spots around Matahari building itself. Take your pick.
Do you have lockers?
Absolutely, and a lot of them! Our lockers come with built-in, easy-to-use locks.
Do you have showers?
Our changing rooms are complete with showers, towels as well as toiletries and hair dryers. Trust me, you will want to take two showers.
